Al-Sham Association is expanding its team in Türkiye and is currently recruiting for the following position:
• Team Leader
General Requirements
We are seeking qualified and motivated candidates who are passionate about humanitarian and development work and possess the relevant qualifications, experience, and skills required for the position.
Applicants should meet the following general requirements:
• Relevant university degree or academic qualification appropriate to the position.
• Relevant professional experience in the applied position, preferably within NGOs or humanitarian organizations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of both Arabic and English.
• Strong commitment to professionalism, accountability, transparency, safeguarding principles, and the organization’s Code of Conduct.
